•  Tuition is a ten month plan, extending from August to May.  Tuition payments in arrears, after June 1, must be made in cash or money order.

•  Due to the large volume of correspondence circulated through the school, in your interest, payments will not be accepted through the school.  All tuition payments must be mailed to the address below.

A Contributing Parishioner is a registered family who practices their faith by participating in the life of the Church on a regular basis, and who regularly and consistently uses Church envelopes, contributing at least $15 a week or $780 per school year (excluding special collections).  Your contributions are based on the Church Fiscal Year (July 1st through June 30th).  Tuition rates are reduced for contributing parishioners because you are participating in parish activities and contributing to the financial support of your Church and School.  Families who are not using church envelopes will be required to pay non-contributing parishioner rates, or the full cost of educating a child in St. Joseph School, and will automatically receive a non-contributing tuition booklet.  Envelope usage is monitored year-round and is evaluated quarterly.

A Contributing Parishioner will not be deprived of a Catholic education because of financial difficulties.  A form for Tuition Assistance is available from the Tuition Committee.  Consideration will be given to anyone who is experiencing hardship.  Please direct your questions and concerns to the Tuition Committee at the above address.

Families delinquent in financial responsibilities will not be permitted to register for school in September, and school records will not be released until those responsibilities are met.

Non-Parishioner payments are also due on day one of the month.  A $15 late fee will be assessed on day ten of that month.  Also, if payments are in arrears for  two consecutive months, families will be asked to withdraw their children from the school and records will be withheld.
