Sing Praises

Formerly known as the Contemporary Group, this modern-style ensemble is now open to all ages and invites everyone to share contemporary praise and worship songs.  Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 8:30pm to 9:15pm in the church sanctuary.

Ladies Guild

The Ladies Guild helps with spiritual and social development of its members and raises funds for the benefit of the parish.  All women are invited to join.  Mass and Devotions are celebrated every Tuesday evening in the chapel at 7:00 p.m., September through June.

Altar Servers

Altar Servers assist at weekend Mass, they also serve weddings, funerals and other special liturgies.  The altar servers are sixth, seventh and eighth graders from our parochial school for the CCD program.  Any child new to the parish is encouraged to contact the rectory if he/she would like to join.

Lectors

Lectors are those parishioners who proclaim the Word of God at Masses and other liturgies in church and in the chapel.  The duty of a lector is of a sacred nature since the words they speak before the assembly of believers come from Almighty God.  For more information, contact Rev. Mr. Jack Betzal at 610-497-3045.

Catholic Youth Organization

The Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) offers a multitude of opportunities for our youth.  Its purpose is to help the young people of our Parish develop a healthy, Catholic attitude toward youthful activities.  It offers students the opportunity for meaningful experiences and leadership through responsibility to self, family, church and community.

Ministers of Hospitality

The Ministers of Hospitality (ushers) help create a friendly and welcoming environment by warmly greeting all who enter our church doors, especially new members and visitors from other parishes.  Contact Jim Grugan at 610-494-5168 for more information.

Eucharist Ministers

A dedicated group of lay men and women who bring the Eucharist to the sick and disabled and also at Mass each Sunday.  Contact the rectory if you are in need of the service of a Eucharistic Minister.

St. Joseph Chorale

This multi-generational choir focuses on learning intricate liturgical choral meditations in three and four part harmony, as well as clear and precise unisons.  They embrace the beauty of ensemble singing at its core through intensely focused, yet light-hearted and inspirational rehearsals.   “Chorale” meets Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm in the church sanctuary.

Home and School Association

The purpose of the Home & School Association is the advancement of Catholic education and the welfare of all the school children of our parish.  The Home & School Association promotes parent-school activities, supplements school resources and provides interesting speakers at meetings to speak on various topics of interest to parents and teachers.  Click here for more information.
